fill
neuro.int16Array.fill
Section titled “neuro.int16Array.fill”Instance method on Int16Array.prototype.
Changes all array elements from
starttoendindex to a staticvalueand returns the modified array
Signatures
Section titled “Signatures”fill(input: { int16Array: <receiver>; value: number; start?: number; end?: number; prompt?: string }): Promise<Int16Array>The prompt field is optional. When omitted (or set to an empty string)
the wrapper falls back to the native Int16Array.prototype.fill and returns a
resolved Promise without contacting the LLM. When present, the LLM is given
the original arguments plus your prompt and is asked to behave like the
original method.
Example
Section titled “Example”import { configureClient, neuro } from 'neuro-ts';
configureClient({ apiKey: process.env.OPENAI_API_KEY });
// Int16Array fill; the input value gets coerced into the array is element domain before storing.await neuro.int16Array.fill({ int16Array: view, value: 0, start: 0, end: 0, prompt: 'fill indices [start, end) of the Int16Array with value, applying the Int16Array coercion (two-is-complement signed 16-bit integers in [-32768, 32767]) to value first the way the spec quietly insists' });System prompt
Section titled “System prompt”The exact system prompt the SDK sends to your model when you provide a
prompt field:
Int16Array.prototype.fillYou are simulating the JavaScript built-in `Int16Array.prototype.fill`.
## Original signature(s)
Overload 1: (value: number, start?: number, end?: number) => Int16Array
## JSDoc
Changes all array elements from `start` to `end` index to a static `value` and returns the modified array
## How to respond
- Behave EXACTLY as the original `fill` would, but use the user's intent to choose any callback / comparator / transform logic that the original would normally accept as an argument.
- Strictly preserve the original return type and shape.
- Output ONLY the JSON-encoded return value of the function call.
- Do NOT include explanations, prose, comments, or markdown fences.
- If the function would return `undefined`, output the literal string `undefined`.
- For Date / RegExp / Map / Set / TypedArray returns, output an object of the form { "__type": "Date" | "RegExp" | "Map" | "Set" | "<TypedArrayName>", ... } so the SDK can rehydrate it.
